Eros International Plc (NYSE: EROS) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $250 million. Eros plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker, "EROS."
The offering is being made through Deutsche Bank Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and UBS Investment Bank.
