Enerkem Inc. (Nasdaq: NRKM) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The company plans to sell 7.25 million shares and sees an offering price of $17 - $19 per share. Enerkem plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker, "NRKM."
The offering is being made through Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse, and BMO Capital Markets.
Enerkem develops renewable biofuels and chemicals from waste using its proprietary thermochemical technology platform.
