ERock launches IPO roadshow for NYSE listing under EROC

ERock Inc. (NASDAQ: EROC) announced it has launched the roadshow for its initial public offering of 27,906,977 shares of Class A common stock. The company set an expected price range of $20.00 to $23.00 per share for the offering.
The power solutions company also plans to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,186,046 shares to cover over-allotments. ERock intends to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "EROC."
Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan serve as joint lead bookrunning managers for the offering. Barclays and BofA Securities act as joint bookrunning managers, while Evercore ISI, Guggenheim Securities, Wolfe | Nomura Alliance and BNP Paribas serve as bookrunners.
The company filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, though it has not yet become effective. ERock describes itself as a provider of large-scale onsite power solutions.
The offering will be conducted through a prospectus, with preliminary copies available through the lead underwriters. No securities may be sold until the registration statement becomes effective, according to the company's statement.
