Cumberland Farms files for IPO on Nasdaq under ticker CMBY
Cumberland Farms Limited has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares, according to a press release from the company.
The company has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "CMBY." The number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined.
BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs, and Jefferies are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, and UBS Investment Bank are also acting as joint book-running managers. BNP Paribas, Rabo Securities, TD Securities, and Raymond James are acting as bookrunners.
The registration statement has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and no assurance has been given as to whether or when the offering may be completed.
Cumberland Farms describes itself as operating more than 3,200 convenience retail locations across the United States, Germany, and the Benelux region as of March 31, 2026.
