Csquare files for 50M share IPO at $23-$27 per share

Csquare, Inc., a Delaware corporation, has filed for an initial public offering of 50,000,000 shares of common stock, according to a press release statement from the company.

The company expects the initial public offering price to be between $23.00 and $27.00 per share. Csquare has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CSQR."

Prior to this offering, there has been no public market for Csquare's common stock.
