Corsair Components (CRSR) Sees IPO Price of $12-$14/Share

Corsair Components, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRSR) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The Company plans to sell 6 million common shares and sees and offering price of $12 to $14 per share. Corsair plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "CRSR."

The offering is being made through Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, RBC Capital Markets, William Blair & Company, and Needham & Company.

Corsair is a designer and supplier of high-performance hardware components for personal computers, or PCs, with primary focus on gaming hardware.
