CopperTech Metals launches IPO roadshow on NYSE at $16-$18 per share
CopperTech Metals Inc. has launched a roadshow for its initial public offering of 23,529,412 shares of common stock, with an expected price range of $16.00 to $18.00 per share.
The company has applied to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CUX." CopperTech has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,529,411 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Citigroup and Cantor are serving as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities, Stifel, William Blair, and Needham & Company are acting as book runners, with Roth Capital serving as co-manager.
CopperTech was established by Vedanta Resources Limited and is a U.S.-domiciled copper and cobalt producer. Its primary asset is the Konkola Copper Mines, located in Zambia's Copperbelt Province.
