CopperTech Metals files for IPO on NYSE under ticker CUX

CopperTech Metals Inc. has filed for an initial public offering of 23,529,412 shares of common stock, with an anticipated price range of $16.00 to $18.00 per share.

The company has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CUX). The closing of the offering is contingent on the successful approval of that listing application.

Underwriters for the offering include Citigroup, Cantor, BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities, Stifel, William Blair, and Needham & Company.
