Xunlei Limited (Nasdaq: XNET) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $200 million. Xunlei filed to list on the Nasdaq Global Select under the ticker "XNET."
