Cinco Resources (CINC) Files $172.5M IPO

Cinco Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: CINC) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $172.5 million. Cinco Resources plans to list on the Nasdaq National Market under the ticker "CINC."

The offering is being made through Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities.

Cinco Resources is an independent exploration and production company focused on the acquisition and development of unconventional oil and natural gas resources.
