Cathay Industrial Biotech Ltd. (Nasdaq: CBIO) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of it's American Depositary Shares, or ADSs. The proposed maximum offering price is $200 million. Cathay filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "CBIO."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and Jefferies.
