Carlyle Group Files $100M IPO
The Carlyle Group L.P. filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its Common Units. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. Carlyle had not chosen an exchange or ticker to trade under at time of the S-1 filing.
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, and Credit Suisse.
