Carbonite, Inc. (Nasdaq: CARB) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. Carbonite filed to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "CARB."
The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, William Blair & Company, Canaccord Genuity, Oppenheimer & Co., and Pacific Crest Securities.
