CSB Financial completes IPO, raising $13.8 million at $10 per share
CSB Financial Inc., the stock holding company for Community Savings Bank based in Bethel, Ohio, completed its initial public offering following the bank's conversion from mutual-to-stock form of organization.
The company sold 1,375,435 shares of common stock at $10.00 per share in a subscription offering, generating gross proceeds of approximately $13.8 million. The total includes 112,235 shares sold to the bank's Employee Stock Ownership Plan. An additional 27,500 shares were issued to Community Savings Bank Foundation, Inc., bringing total shares issued and outstanding to 1,402,935.
The company's common stock is expected to begin trading on the OTCQB Market on July 30, 2026, under the ticker symbol "CSBA".
Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the company's transfer agent, plans to mail Direct Registration System book-entry statements and interest checks to subscribers on or about July 30, 2026.
Luse Gorman, PC served as legal counsel to the company and the bank. Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC acted as marketing agent for the offering. Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP served as legal counsel to Performance Trust Capital Partners.
