Brainsway (Nasdaq: BRIN) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Ordinary Shares. Brainsway plans to sell 1 million shares and 666,667 warrants. Brainsway sees an offering price of $9 - $11 for one ordinary share and accompanying two-thirds of a warrant. Brainsway filed to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "BRIN."
