Box Ships (TUE) IPO Trades Lower
The IPO for Box Ships (NYSE: TUE) is open for trading. Shares are trading at $11.38 after pricing its initial public offering of 11 million shares at $12, well below the expected $15 to $17 per share.
The offering is being made through UBS Investment Bank, Morgan Stanley, Cantor Fitzgerald, ABN AMRO, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, Lazard Capital Markets, and UniCredit Capital Markets.
Box Ships is a newly formed international shipping company focused on pursuing growth opportunities in the container shipping industry by leveraging the reputation, expertise and relationships of our management team and our Manager, Allseas, in identifying attractive vessel acquisition opportunities and maintaining cost-competitive, efficient operations. Box Ships was formed by Paragon Shipping Inc. (NYSE: PRGN).
