Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc., (NYSE: BCEI) filed an amended registration with the U.S. SEC for an IPO of its common stock. The company plans to offer 14,285,715 shares at a price between $20 and $22 per share. Bonanza Creek plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "BCEI."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Raymond James, RBC, BMO, Howard Weil, KeyBanc, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, BNP Paribas and Societe Generale.
Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of onshore oil and associated liquids-rich natural gas in the United States.
