Boise Cascade, L.L.C. (NYSE: BCC) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $200 million. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker, "BCC."
The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan, and Wells Fargo Securities.
