In an amended S-1 filing with the SEC, Boingo Wireless (Nasdaq: WIFI) said it expects to offer 5.77 million shares in the range of $12-$14 per share.
The company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol "WIFI."
Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Pacific Crest and William Blair will be the underwriters for the offering.
