BlueArc, Corp. (NYSE: BLRC) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. BlueArc plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "BLRC."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, William Blair & Company, Pacific Crest Securities, and ThinkEquity LLC.
