BlossomHill Therapeutics prices $150M IPO at $16 per share
BlossomHill Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on small molecule cancer treatments, priced its initial public offering of 9,375,000 shares of common stock at $16.00 per share, according to a press release dated Aug. 6, 2026.
The offering, which was upsized, is expected to generate $150.0 million in gross proceeds before underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses. BlossomHill Therapeutics has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,406,250 shares at the public offering price.
Shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: BLSM on Aug. 7, 2026. The offering is expected to close on Aug. 10, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
J.P. Morgan, Leerink Partners, and Guggenheim Securities are serving as lead book-running managers for the offering. LifeSci Capital and H.C. Wainwright & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers.
The company is headquartered in San Diego, California. Its lead clinical programs include BH-30643, an investigational EGFR inhibitor targeting EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer, and BH-30236, an investigational CLK inhibitor being developed for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia and higher-risk myelodysplastic syndrome.
