Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. III prices $300M IPO on Nasdaq
Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. III priced its initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit, raising $300,000,000, according to a press release statement.
The units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: BCCQU on July 7, 2026, with the offering expected to close on July 8, 2026. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50. Once separated, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to trade under the symbols NASDAQ: BCCQ and NASDAQ: BCCQW, respectively.
The company has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 units to cover over-allotments, which would bring the total offering size to $345,000,000.
Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. III is a blank check company formed to pursue a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, or similar business combination. The company states its primary focus will be on North American and European businesses in disruptive growth sectors. The management team includes Co-Founders Michel Combes and Andrew Gundlach, Chief Executive Officer Marcello Padula, and Chief Financial Officer Robert Folino.
Cohen & Company Capital Markets is acting as lead book-running manager for the offering. A registration statement was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and became effective on July 6, 2026.
