Attovia Therapeutics raises $332.4M in Nasdaq IPO

Attovia Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATTO), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, closed its initial public offering on Aug. 6, 2026, raising approximately $332.4 million in gross proceeds before underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses.



The San Carlos, California-based company sold 19,550,000 shares at $17.00 per share. The total includes 2,550,000 additional shares purchased through the full exercise of the underwriters' option. All shares were offered by Attovia. The company's stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on Aug. 5, 2026, under the ticker symbol "ATTO."



Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners, Citigroup, and RBC Capital Markets served as joint book-running managers for the offering. LifeSci Capital acted as passive book-running manager.



The registration statement for the offering was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 4, 2026.



Attovia's pipeline includes ATTO-1310, an anti-IL-31 therapeutic in clinical development for chronic pruritic diseases, ATTO-2306, a bispecific antibody targeting IL-31 and IL-13 in IND-enabling studies for atopic dermatitis, and ATTO-1091, a trispecific antibody in IND-enabling studies for inflammatory bowel disease.
