Attovia Therapeutics prices IPO at $17 per share on Nasdaq

Attovia Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATTO), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, priced its initial public offering of 17,000,000 shares of common stock at $17.00 per share, according to a press release statement.
The offering was upsized, with gross proceeds expected to reach $289.0 million before underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses. All shares are being sold by Attovia. The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,550,000 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Attovia's common stock was set to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on August 5, 2026, under the ticker symbol "ATTO," with the offering expected to close on August 6, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners, Citigroup, and RBC Capital Markets are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. LifeSci Capital is acting as a passive book-running manager.
Attovia is developing biotherapeutics for immune-mediated diseases. Its lead pipeline candidate, ATTO-1310, is an anti-IL-31 therapeutic in clinical development for chronic pruritic diseases. Two additional candidates, ATTO-2306 and ATTO-1091, are in IND-enabling studies targeting atopic dermatitis and inflammatory bowel disease, respectively.
The registration statement was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 4, 2026.
