Arxis launches IPO offering 37.7 million shares at $25-$28 each

Arxis Inc. announced the launch of its initial public offering of 37,735,849 shares of Class A common stock with an expected price range of $25.00 to $28.00 per share, according to a company statement.
The shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "ARXS" (NASDAQ: ARXS). Arxis is a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management that designs and manufactures electronic and mechanical components for aerospace, defense, medical technology and industrial markets.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley and Jefferies serve as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets act as joint book-running managers, while Baird, Guggenheim Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, William Blair, Rothschild & Co, and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance function as book-running managers. Citizens Capital Markets serves as co-manager.
The company filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, though it has not yet become effective. The offering remains subject to market conditions with no assurance regarding completion timing or final terms.
Arxis operates from Bloomfield, Connecticut, and focuses on mission-critical components that address complex performance requirements for its customers across multiple specialized markets.
