Arm Holdings (ARM) quotaions on NASDAQ start at 10:10 a.m. ET

NASDAQ said today's IPO for Arm Holdings plc (NASDAQ: ARM) will be released today for quotation at 10:10 a.m. ET and will be eligible for trading at approximately 10:20 a.m. ET. While opening could technically take place at 10:20 a.m., it will likely be much later as market makers get the market matched correctly for the IPO open.

Arm priced 95,500,000 American depositary shares, each representing one of its ordinary shares, at a price to the public of $51.00 per ADS.
