Arhaus (ARHS) IPO: 9 Things to Know About Upcoming $2 Billion Offering

Arhaus (NASDAQ: ARHS), a rapidly growing lifestyle brand and omni-channel retailer of premium home furnishings, is due to go public next week. Here are 9 key things to know about the upcoming ARHS IPO:

1. Arhaus IPO Date - Arhaus will go public next Thursday, November 04. Arhaus will start trading under the ticker symbol “ARHS” on Nasdaq. Generally, shares that make their public stock market debuts start trading between 10 AM - 2 PM ET.

2. Arhaus IPO Pricing - Arhaus expects to price its shares between $14.00 and $17.00.

3. Shares Offered - Arhaus is looking to sell 22,903,226 of its common stock. The company is selling 12,903,226 shares and the selling stockholders, including certain members of the senior management, are selling 10,000,000 shares. The S-1 filing shows the number of outstanding shares after IPO offering would be 140,063,217 shares.

4. Arhaus IPO Valuation - Arhaus is seeking a valuation of between $1.96 billion and $2.38 billion.

5. ARHS IPO Raised Proceeds: At the midpoint of the pricing range, Arhaus is looking to raise $200 million. The company intends to use raised proceeds for general corporate purposes.

6. ARHS IPO Underwriters - BofA Securities, Jefferies, Morgan Stanley, and Piper Sandler are underwriters for this IPO. Baird, Barclays, Guggenheim, William Blair and Telsey Advisory Group are also taking part in the offering.

7. ARHS Financials - Arhaus recorded sales of $507.4 million for its fiscal 2020 year. For the first six months of this year, net revenue soared to $355 million, while adjusted EBITDA came in at $60 million.

8. ARHS Ownership - FS Equity Partners will own a 17.4% stake after this offering.

9. Arhaus Total Addressable Market (TAM) - The U.S. premium home furnishing market is estimated to be approximately $60 billion, with the potential to grow at a compounded annual growth rate, or CAGR, of approximately 10% between 2019 and 2024.
