Ares Commercial Real Estate Corp. (NYSE: ACRC) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering amount is $250 million. Ares filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "ACRC."
The offering is being made through Wells Fargo Securities, Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan.
Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation is a newly organized specialty finance company focused on originating, investing in and managing middle-market commercial real estate loans and other commercial real estate, or "CRE-," related investments.
