Ambarella, Inc. filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $65 million. Ambarella has not filed to list on an exchange yet.
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Stifel Nicolaus, and Needham & Company.
