Amaero postpones U.S. IPO citing adverse market conditions
Amaero Inc. (ASX: 3DA), a Tennessee-based producer of refractory and titanium alloy metal powders, has postponed its planned U.S. initial public offering, citing adverse market conditions.
The company had filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-298612) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the proposed offering. The registration statement has not yet been declared effective.
Under SEC rules, securities covered by the filing may not be sold, and offers to buy may not be accepted, until the registration statement is declared effective.
Amaero operates in the additive manufacturing sector, producing spherical metal powders and manufacturing large near-net-shape components using Powder Metallurgy Hot Isostatic Pressing. The company is headquartered in McDonald, Tennessee, and is currently listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
