Amaero files for US IPO on Nasdaq under ticker AMRO
Amaero Inc. has filed for an initial public offering of common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "AMRO," according to a prospectus statement.
The company is offering 7,456,500 shares of common stock in the IPO. Prior to this offering, no public market has existed for Amaero's common stock.
Amaero's depositary interests, known as CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs), are currently listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: 3DA). Each CDI represents a beneficial interest equal to 1/40th of one share of common stock. The final IPO price will be determined through negotiations between the company and its underwriters, taking into account the last reported CDI trading price, prevailing market conditions, and other factors. The company noted that ASX listing rules may limit its ability to issue additional shares without stockholder approval.
