AlloVir (ALVR) IPO Opens 18% Higher

Today's IPO for AlloVir (NASDAQ: ALVR) opened for trading at $20 after pricing 16,250,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $17 per share.

AlloVir has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,437,500 shares of AlloVir’s common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, SVB Leerink and Piper Sandler & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
