Alliance Laundry prices IPO at $22 per share, raising $537 million

Alliance Laundry Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALH) announced the pricing of its initial public offering at $22 per share for 37.6 million shares, according to a company statement. The commercial laundry equipment manufacturer will sell 24.4 million shares while a selling stockholder will offer 13.2 million shares.



The company expects to raise approximately $537 million from its portion of the offering. Alliance Laundry will not receive proceeds from shares sold by the selling stockholder.



Shares are scheduled to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ALH" on October 9, 2025. The offering is expected to close on October 10, 2025, subject to standard closing conditions.



The selling stockholder granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5.6 million additional shares at the offering price, less underwriting fees.



BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan serve as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. Morgan Stanley acts as book-running manager, while Baird, BDT & MSD Partners, BMO Capital Markets, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and UBS Investment Bank serve as additional bookrunners.



The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the registration statement effective on September 30, 2025. The Ripon, Wisconsin-based company operates in approximately 150 countries with more than 4,000 employees and sells commercial laundry equipment under brands including Speed Queen, UniMac, Huebsch, Primus and IPSO.
