Aleris Corporation (NYSE: ARS) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Aleris plans to sell 31.25 million shares, though an expected price wasn't listed. Aleris plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "ARS."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., KeyBanc Capital Markets, Credit Suisse, Moelis & Company, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, andDavenport & Company LLC.
