Agroz Inc. prices IPO at $4 per share, raising $5 million

Agroz Inc. (NASDAQ: AGRZ) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at $4.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of $5 million before underwriting discounts and expenses.



The agricultural technology company received approval for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, with trading expected to begin October 1, 2025, under the ticker symbol "AGRZ."



Agroz granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 187,500 ordinary shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts. The offering is being conducted on a firm commitment basis and is expected to close October 2, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.



The company plans to use net proceeds for capital expenditures, operating expenses, research and development, marketing, and potential acquisitions. No specific acquisition targets have been identified.



Agroz operates as a vertically integrated agricultural technology company that designs, builds, manages and operates indoor controlled environment agriculture vertical farms. The company grows pesticide-free vegetables and delivers them directly to consumers and businesses.



US Tiger Securities, Inc. serves as sole book runner for the offering. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared the registration statement on Form F-1 effective September 17, 2025.



The company's proprietary Agroz OS system includes digitally automated hardware for managing vertical farm conditions and software solutions for farm organization and communication systems.
