Aggreko files for NYSE IPO under ticker AGKO
Aggreko Inc. has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "AGKO."
The company has not yet determined the timing, number of shares, or price range for the offering. The IPO remains subject to market conditions, with no assurance regarding whether or when it may be completed.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan, and BofA Securities are serving as joint lead bookrunning managers. Barclays and Morgan Stanley are acting as bookrunning managers. Jefferies, Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Baird, Mizuho, Wolfe | Nomura Alliance, Santander, and Rothschild & Co are acting as bookrunners. Tigress Financial Partners is serving as co-manager for the proposed offering.
The registration statement has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. Securities may not be sold prior to the registration statement becoming effective.
