Accelevation launches IPO roadshow, targets Nasdaq listing
Accelevation Holdings Corp. announced the launch of a roadshow for a proposed initial public offering of 30,000,000 shares of Class A common stock, according to a press release issued Sept. 22, 2026.
The offering includes 8,635,165 shares from Accelevation and 21,364,835 shares from certain selling stockholders. The selling stockholders also intend to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 shares. The expected price range is $20.00 to $24.00 per share.
Accelevation has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: ACCV.
The company plans to use its net proceeds to purchase newly issued units in Accelevation Holdings LLC, which intends to apply those funds toward repaying debt, covering offering-related expenses, and general corporate purposes. Accelevation will not receive proceeds from shares sold by the selling stockholders.
Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are serving as joint lead bookrunning managers. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Barclays, and BofA Securities are acting as joint bookrunning managers. Houlihan Lokey, Baird, William Blair, Piper Sandler, and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance are serving as additional bookrunners.
A registration statement has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. Accelevation is based in Miamisburg, Ohio, and describes itself as a designer, manufacturer, and installer of structural, electrical, and mechanical systems for infrastructure.
