3Knights Dynamics files for IPO on Nasdaq at $4-$5 per share

3Knights Dynamics Group Limited has filed for an initial public offering of 5,000,000 Class A ordinary shares, with an estimated price range of $4 to $5 per share, according to a company statement.

The company has applied to list its Class A ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol TKDG. Nasdaq has not yet approved the listing application, and the closing of the offering is conditional upon that approval.

Prior to this offering, there has been no public market for the company's Class A ordinary shares, which carry a par value of $0.0001 per share.
