21Vianet Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNET) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its American Depository Shares, or ADSs. The proposed maximum offering price is $150 million. 21Vianet plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "VNET."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, J.P. Morgan, Piper Jaffray, William Blair, and Pacific Crest Securities.
