TAPI (Technology & API Services), a producer of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) based in Tel Aviv, Israel, has appointed Serge Rogasik as its Chief Executive Officer, according to a statement from the company.

Rogasik brings more than 25 years of experience in specialty ingredients, active ingredients, specialty chemicals, and life sciences. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kensing, a specialty ingredients company owned by One Rock Capital Partners, where he oversaw the integration of four acquisitions and expanded the company's global footprint. Prior to Kensing, he held leadership roles at Vantage Specialty Chemicals and Addivant, and earlier held senior positions at BASF, General Electric, Eastman Chemical Company, Rhône-Poulenc, and Colgate-Palmolive.

Rogasik holds a Master of Science in Industrial Pharmacy and a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Industry Management from the Institut des Sciences Pharmaceutiques et Biologiques de Lyon.

"I am honored to join TAPI at such an important moment in its evolution," Rogasik said in the statement. "Few companies can match one of the industry's broadest technology platforms and an integrated manufacturing and R&D network spanning India, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas."

Founded in 1935, TAPI operates 13 manufacturing sites and six R&D facilities, employs more than 4,000 people, and supplies more than 350 active ingredients to customers in over 100 countries. The company also offers contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) services. TAPI is a subsidiary of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.

Rogasik and the TAPI team are scheduled to attend CPHI Milan from October 6–8, 2026, in Hall 3, Booth A73.
