Solidion Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: STI) announced changes to its board leadership structure, effective September 16, 2026, including the appointment of Chief Executive Officer Jaymes Winters as Chairman of the Board and the election of Mark N. Schwartz as Lead Independent Director.

Winters, who continues in his role as CEO, brings more than 15 years of executive experience across the oil and gas, telecommunications, and retail sectors. "Mark's extensive executive and board leadership will provide an important independent perspective as we continue to strengthen our governance," said Winters.

The board acknowledged the departure of Dr. Bor Jang from the chairman role, noting his contributions to the company's intellectual property and technology portfolio. Dr. Jang remains a director on the board.
