Harper has held chief executive, board member, and strategic advisor roles across franchised businesses, consumer brands, and publicly traded companies, according to the company's statement.
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory operates more than 250 retail locations across the United States, with several international locations, through a franchise model.
