Occidental Petroleum CEO Vicki Hollub plans to retire with the formal announcement expected later this year, Reuters reported on Thurday.
- Richard Jackson, who was made COO in October, is reportedly primed to become the company's new CEO.
- There is no firm date set for her retirement.
