NowVertical names Andre Garber as interim CEO
NowVertical Group Inc. (TSX-V: NOW) appointed Andre Garber as interim chief executive officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Garber, who serves as the company's chief development officer and co-founder, replaces Sandeep Mendiratta, whose tenure as CEO has concluded. The Toronto-based data and AI solutions provider said its board of directors has begun searching for a permanent CEO.
The board expects the new permanent leader to have experience leading enterprise data and AI transformation while scaling global services operations and driving both merger and acquisition integration and organic growth.
"In a dynamic and ever-evolving business environment, the Board has maintained a well-established track record of ensuring NowVertical has the right leaders in place to support the growth of business," said Elaine Kunda, board chair.
Garber will be supported by the company's senior leadership team, including Santiago TrĂ³golo, executive vice president for Latin America; Shailesh Mallya, executive vice president of solutions and services; and Pankaj Ghag, executive vice president of program delivery and operations.
"Our customers, employees and shareholders can rest assured that our team remains laser focused on executing on the exciting opportunity set in front of us," Garber said.
