Sycamore to Acquire Staples (SPLS) for $10.25/Share - Reports

Sycamore will acquire Staples (Nasdaq: SPLS) for more than $10/share, according to Dow Jones. The takeover would value the company at more than $6.5 billion. The deal could be announced today.
A separate report from Reuters suggested the price is $10.25 per share.
