An exclusive story by The Wall Street Journal reports today, citing people familiar with the matter, that Airbus is planning to boost production rates of its two biggest models as it tries to capitalize on resurgent demand for long-haul travel.
Buoyed by its latest deal to sell widebodies to Air India Ltd., the people claim that the airplane manufacturer is planning to increase its build rate for both of its currently produced wide-body aircraft, the A350 and the A330neo.
