After-hours movers: Broadcom, StubHub, Cracker Barrel, Grocery Outlet, Veeva Systems and more

After-hours movers:

Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO) shares were choppy, last down 0.1%, after it reported quarterly results and guidance, and announced a $10 billion buyback. Broadcom sees Q2 2026 revenue of $22 billion, versus the consensus of $20.4 billion.

StubHub (NYSE: STUB) fell 14% after it announced disappointing quarterly results and guidance. The Company expects 2026 GMS of $9.9 billion to $10.1 billion and 2026 Adjusted EBITDA of $400 million to $420 million.

Cracker Barrel (NASDAQ: CBRL) rose 9% after a surprise beat. The company reported Q2 EPS of $0.25, $0.45 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter came in at $874.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $868.19 million.

Grocery Outlet Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: GO) fell 22% despite in-line quarterly results, after it said it sees FY2026 revenue of $4.6-4.72 billion, versus the consensus of $4.92 billion..

Cross Country Healthcare (NASDAQ: CCRN) fell 19% after revenue for the quarter came in at $236.76 million versus the consensus estimate of $254.31 million.

Niagen Bioscience (NASDAQ: NAGE) rose 30% after it reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.7 million

Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) rose 8% after results easily beat consensus estimates and it issued positive guidance. Veeva Systems sees FY2027 EPS of $8.85, versus the consensus of $8.59.
