Reddit (RDDT) Files for 22M Share IPO at $31-$34/sh

Reddit (NYSE: RDDT) has filed for 22,000,000 share IPO at $31-$34 per share. The company is offering 15,276,527 shares and the selling stockholders are offering 6,723,473 shares.

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and BofA Securities will serve as lead underwriters.
