Today's IPO for NerdWallet, Inc (NASDAQ: NRDS) is trading at $30.17 after opening earlier at $23.50. The company 7,250,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $18 per share, the middle of the expected range.
Morgan Stanley, KeyBanc Capital Markets and BofA Securities are acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Barclays and Citigroup are acting as joint book-running managers, and Truist Securities, William Blair and Oppenheimer & Co. are acting as passive book-running managers for the proposed offering.
NetdWallet revenue increased to $280.1 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2021 compared to $188.6 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2020.
