Neiman Marcus Group Files for $100M Common Stock IPO

Neiman Marcus Group, Inc. filed a registration with the U.S. SEC for an IPO of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. The company plans to trade under the ticker, NMG.

Entities affiliated with Ares Management, L.P. and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and certain co-investors hold substantially all of the outstanding common stock.
